2 tsp baking powder
•
1 tsp baking soda

pinch o’ salt

Middle layer:

1x recipe of roasted rhubarb, drained (see above)
•
6- 8 tsp vegan custard
•
Topping:
•
1 3/4 cups unbleached flour
•
3/4 cup unrefined golden caster sugar
•
6 tablespoons vegetable shortening
