1 bulb garlic
4 croissants (cut into 1 inch pieces)
225 gr or 5 pork sausages
1/2 onion (chopped)
3 cups yellow potatoes (cut into same sized cubes)
1/4 cup stock (vegetable, beef, chicken) or water
6 eggs + 4
1 cup milk
1 cup heavy cream
1 1/2 cup old cheddar cheese (shredded)
1 1/2 cup monterey jack cheese (shredded)
2 tomatillos (or 1 red tomato, chopped)
2 tsp chives (chopped)
1/3 cup cooked bacon (chopped)
