Roasted chickpeas

INGREDIENTS
2 cups cooked chickpeas (either canned or cooked as described above)
2 tbsp coconut oil, melted (update: works better with macadamia oil and olive oil)
1 tsp cumin seeds (or 2 tsp ground cumin)
1 tsp chili powder (optional)
fine sea salt, to taste
