For the scones:

2 ripe bananas (do not peel them yet-you will roast them with the peels on.)

1/2 cup Greek yogurt
•
2 and 1/2 cups whole wheat pastry flour
•
2 tablespoons cane sugar
•
2 tablespoons brown sugar
•
2 teaspoons baking powder
•
1 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
4 tablespoons unsalted butter, cut into pieces
•
1 cup fresh blueberries
•
For the glaze:
•
1 tablespoons unsalted butter
•
2 tablespoons milk
•
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/4-1/2 cup confectioner’s sugar (depending on how thick you like your glaze)
