1 tablespoon red curry paste

1 tablespoon fresh lime juice
•
1 teaspoon agave
•
1 teaspoon sriracha (or more to taste)

1/4 cup water

For the Rice Paper Rolls:
•
22 cm rice paper wrappers (8 or 9 inches)
•
1 head nappa cabbage, a few leaves reserved, the rest thinly sliced
•
1 ripe avocado, thinly sliced
•
1 large carrot, peeled, sliced into matchsticks
•
1 cup fresh mint leaves
•
A lot of fresh cilantro springs (about a 1/2 bunch)
