INGREDIENTS
2 Rhubarb Stalks, sliced into 1/4" pieces
2 tablespoons Sugar
1/3 cup Water
4 Large Eggs, separated
3/4 cup sugar
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
1 teaspoon Vanilla
1 stick(1/2 cup) Butter, melted
3/4 cup All-purpose Flour
2 cups Whole Milk, lukewarm
Powdered Sugar, for dusting
