INGREDIENTS
2 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. salt
1/2 cup (one stick) unsalted butter
1 cup granulated sugar
2 large eggs, (room temperature)
1 cup sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla extract
1 Tbsp. freshly grated orange zest
1 lb. rhubarb stalks, (trimmed and cut into 1/2-inch pieces and leaving about 10 thin stalks for top of loaf)
1/2 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 cup light brown sugar, (firmly packed)
1 Tbsp. granulated sugar
1/2 tsp. ground cinnamon
pinch of salt
4 Tbsp. butter, (melted and cooled)
