INGREDIENTS
One 9-inch Pure Butter Pie Crust
1 container (6 ounce) raspberries
2 containers (6 ounces each) blackberries
1 container (6 ounce) strawberries
1 large apple
3/4 cup Imperial Sugar Extra Fine Granulated Sugar
4 tablespoons tapioca
Pinch cinnamon
Pinch ginger
1/8 teaspoon salt
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
Crumble Topping
1 1/4 cups unbleached all-purpose flour*
1/2 cup well packed Imperial Sugar Light Brown Sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 stick cold unsalted butter
Decoration
2 tablespoons Imperial Sugar Confectioners Powdered Sugar
Optional Crème Chantilly
*Spoon & Sweep method: Use a spoon to fill measuring cup with flour until required amount is obtained. Scooping measuring cup directly into flour bag will firmly pack flour resulting in too much flour required for recipe.
