Red, White and Blue Cupcakes

Red, White and Blue Cupcakes was pinched from <a href="https://www.sugarhero.com/red-white-blue-cupcakes/" target="_blank" rel="noopener">www.sugarhero.com.</a>

"These Red, White and Blue Cupcakes are perfect for the Fourth of July! Moist red velvet cakes are topped with beautiful ruffles of red, white, and blue buttercream. You will need a special type of piping tip, called a Russian Ball tip, to make these ruffles, but if you don’t have one, you can substitute a large star tip and still make cute striped cupcakes! This recipe yields 24 cupcakes, or about 16 of the extra-large ones pictured...."
