INGREDIENTS
1 lb grass fed ground beef or ground turkey
3-4 Bell Peppers (Any color. I used red.)
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 onion
2 eggs
Spinach / Kale / Green Veggie of choice
1 Can of Diced Tomatoes or 1 jar tomato sauce (I usually use whatever we have in the cupboard)
Oregano
Sea Salt
Cayenne Pepper
Thyme
