3-4 Bell Peppers (Any color. I used red.)

2 cloves Garlic

1/2 onion
•
2 eggs
•
Spinach / Kale / Green Veggie of choice

1 Can of Diced Tomatoes or 1 jar tomato sauce (I usually use whatever we have in the cupboard)
•
Oregano
•
Sea Salt
•
Cayenne Pepper
•
Thyme
