INGREDIENTS

2 lbs of ground pork

1/2 lb ground/finely diced fat back

OR 2 1/2 pounds ground pork shoulder with fat left on
•
1 c. apples, peeled and finely diced (we used dried but fresh is okay)
•
3/4 c. sweet white wine (we used Moscato)
•
1 large sweet onion, sliced
•
2 tbsp. butter
•
1/8 c. maple syrup (around 2-3 tbsp depending in your sweetness level)
•
1 tsp. salt
•
1 tsp. sage
•
1 tbsp. cinnamon
