⅓ C butter, cold and cut into pieces

½ C non-fat milk or soy/almond milk
•
1 egg
•
1 tsp vanilla extract
•
⅓ C fresh raspberries
•
⅓ C white chocolate chips

•
½ C confectioner’s sugar
•
3-4 fresh raspberries, depending on size
