For the pudding:

1 1/2 cups of finely ground plain white breadcrumbs

1 tsp vanilla extract
•
2 tbs melted unsalted butter
•
1 cup of milk
•
1 cup of heavy cream
•
4 egg yolks
•
1/2 cup granulated sugar
•
For the meringue:
•
2 room temperature egg whites
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1/4 tsp salt
•
1/2 tsp cream of tarter
•
3/4 cup honey
•
For serving:
•
1/2 cup raspberry jam
•
1 pint fresh raspberries
