1 onion, chopped

3 slices of uncooked bacon, chopped

1 large can of baked beans

1 cup small carrots

4 potatoes sliced and layered on top
•
salt and pepper
•
1 can diced tomatoes (or Rotel)

1/2 cup shredded sharp cheddar
