INGREDIENTS
1 pound chicken breast, cubed
¼ cup olive oil
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1 teaspoon pepper
½ teaspoon red pepper flake
1 teaspoon paprika
3 limes, juiced
2 tablespoons parsley
1 cup brown rice
2 avocados
1 pint grape tomatoes, halved
¼ cup walnuts
½ cup blue cheese, crumbled
