1/3 cup turkey pan drippings or melted butter
•
1 small onion, finely chopped (about 1/4 cup)

1/3 cup all-purpose flour
•
3 cups Swanson® Chicken Broth or Natural Goodness® Chicken Broth or Organic Free-Range Chicken Broth

1/2 teaspoon chopped fresh thyme leaves
•
1/2 teaspoon poultry seasoning
