Quick-Baked Vegetarian Spinach Lasagna

16 ounces ricotta cheese (low fat or whole milk, about 2 cups)
2½ cups shredded low-moisture mozzarella cheese (divided)
¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon kosher salt
¼ teaspoon ground black pepper
1 large egg (lightly beaten)
3 cups pasta sauce
¾ pound no-boil lasagna noodles (sometimes called "oven ready noodles")
