INGREDIENTS

28-ounce can whole tomatoes, including juice
•
1/2 small white onion, cut into chunks
•
2 jalepeno peppers, seeded and cut into circles
•
3 cloves garlic chopped (I used 1 tablespoon pre-chopped roasted garlic)
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cumin
•
1 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon granulated sugar
•
1 handful of cilantro (or more if you REALLY like cilantro)
•
3 tablespoons lime juice
