INGREDIENTS

2 1/2 cups almond meal/flour (I use the Bob’s Red Mill brand or make my own with the Vitamix)

1/2 cup coconut palm sugar or honey or sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon baking soda
•
1 teaspoon cinnamon
•
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
•
3 large eggs
•
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
•
1/2 cup water
•
1 cup chocolate chips (I use the Enjoy Life brand) or blueberries or dried cranberries.. or substitue fresh or dried berries, etc.
