INGREDIENTS
1 cup (120g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/4 teaspoon table salt
6 tablespoons (85g) unsalted butter cold
2 1/2 to 3 tablespoons (35g to 42g) ice water
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 shallot minced
1/2 cup (61g to 75g) zucchini grated
2 tablespoons (28g) roasted red peppers minced
salt and pepper to taste
1/4 cup (28g) fontina grated
1 large egg
3/4 cup (170g) half-and-half
1/4 teaspoon table salt
1/8 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
fresh thyme for garnish (optional)
