1 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 cup packed light brown sugar
8 eggs
1 cup dried cranberries
1 cup toasted and chopped pecans
CARAMEL SAUCE:
1 cup granulated sugar
1/4 cup water
1 cup Hood® Heavy Cream, warmed
1/2 tsp salt
GLAZED CRANBERRIES:
1 cup frozen cranberries
3/4 cup sugar
1/2 of one vanilla bean
Zest of one whole orange
Juice of one whole orange
