Rapid Rise Yeast – 1 tsp
•
Corn Starch – 2 tsp
•
Oil – 1 tsp plus to deep fry
•
¼ cup + 2 Tbsp pumpkin purée
•
¼ tsp pumpkin spice mix
•
Non fat greek yogurt yogurt or plain – 1 Tbsp
•
Warm Water – use as needed
•
Empty clean ketchup or mustard sauce bottle to fill the batter
•
For Syrup: Make it while frying jalebis
•
Sugar – 1 ½ cups
•
Water – 1 ¼ cup
•
Pumpkin spice mix – ¼ tsp
•
Saffron (optional)
•
Lemon Juice – 1 tsp (adding lemon juice will prevent sugar crystallization
