Mix together:

1 2/3 cups all-purpose flour

1 teaspoon baking soda
•
1/2 teaspoon salt
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
•
1/4 teaspoon ginger
•
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg (I used freshly grated.)
•
Whisk together:
•
1 cup pumpkin puree
•
1/2 cup canola oil
•
2 large eggs
•
1 1/2 cups sugar
