Name: Pumpkin Chocolate Chip Cookies Recipe
Ingredients: Ingredients:; 1 small can of pumpkin(16 oz); 1/2 cup shortening; 1/2cup butter (You can use the new Cinnamon Butter for this and it works great adding a bit more cinnamon flavor); 2 cups Sugar (you can cut it down to 1 cup and they still come out great); 2 t.Vanilla; 2t.baking powder; 2t baking soda; 2t cinnamon( I use a tad bit more ); 4 cups of flour; 1 16 oz package of Semi-Sweet Morsals (I had the mini ice cream topper ones in the pantry so that is what we used when we made them this time:)
