3 eggs + 1 egg yolk
1/4 cup sour cream
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
2 tablespoon flour
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
7 tablespoons butter (no substitutes, divided)
1 1/2 cups pecan halves
1 1/2 cups brown sugar
3 tablespoons flour
1 1/2 cups light corn syrup
1 cup evaporated milk
Whipped cream (to taste)
