1 cup raw slivered almonds
•
1 cup sugar
•
Pinch salt
•
1 teaspoon orange zest
•
1 tablespoon egg white

AMARETTO WHIPPED CREAM:

1 tablespoon confectioners' sugar

1 tablespoon Amaretto
