Pumpkin Cake Roll

1/2 - teaspoon baking soda
•
1/4 - teaspoon salt
•
1 1/2 - teaspoon pumpkin pie spice
•
1 - cup pecans, finely chopped, optional
•
3 - large eggs
•
1 - cup sugar
•
2/3 - cup pumpkin puree
•
1/4 - cup confectioners sugar (to sprinkle on towel)
•
Filling:
•
1 - 8 oz package cream cheese, softened
•
1 - cup sifted confectioners sugar
•
6 - tablespoons butter
•
1 - teaspoon vanilla extract
•
1/4 - cup confectioners sugar (sprinkle on finished pumpkin roll)
