INGREDIENTS

15 oz can pumpkin (not pumpkin pie)

2/3 cup sugar

1 bottle beer
•
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice

Slowly stir to combine all the ingredients. Divide puree into two containers. You’ll use one now and the other should be refrigerated in an air-tight container to make a second loaf.

1/3 cup canola oil

2 eggs
•
1/2 (approx. 2 cups) pumpkin puree

2 cups flour
•
1 tsp salt
•
1/2 tsp baking soda
•
1 tsp cinnamon
•
1/2 tsp ground ginger
•
1/4 tsp nutmeg
