INGREDIENTS

1 sheet of store bought puff pastry (mine is from Woolworth’s)
•
1/2 cup + 1 tbsp. of softened butter
•
3-4 tsp. cinnamon powder
•
3 tbsp. granulated sugar
•
3 tbsp. brown sugar
•
1 egg for the egg wash/ melted butter
•
Extra sugar for sprinkling
