1 scoop (25 grams) chocolate protein powder (I used Nuzest)
¼ teaspoon baking powder
pinch sea salt
¼ cup unsweetened almond milk
2 Tablespoons mashed ripe banana (about ½ banana) (or applesauce)
1 egg
½ Tablespoon maple syrup
½ Tablespoon peanut butter
¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
1 Tablespoon chocolate chips (plus more for topping)
