INGREDIENTS

2 cups regular, old fashioned rolled oats (not quick or instant)

1 1/3 cup spelt flour

1/2 tsp sea salt

pinch of cinnamon
•
4 TB shredded coconut
•
1 cup chopped walnuts
•
1 cup baking chips (I used butterscotch & chocolate for this recipe)
•
2/3 cup ground flax seed
•
1 cup honey or maple syrup (or a combination of both to equal one cup)
•
6 TB almond butter or peanut butter
•
1 TB vanilla extract
•
4 TB coconut oil
