INGREDIENTS
3 3/4  cups all-purpose flour, 17 ounces
1 cup plus 1 tablespoon instant mashed potato flakes, 2 ounces
4 teaspoons instant yeast
1 1/4 cups plus 1 tablespoon lukewarm water, 10 1/2 ounces
1 large egg
2 tablespoons dry milk powder
3 tablespoons granulated sugar
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 1/2 teaspoons onion powder
2 tablespoons finely chopped parsley
1 tablespoon finely chopped chives
1 teaspoon finely chopped rosemary
Egg Wash
1 large egg whisked with 1 tablespoon water
sesame or other seeds, minced dried onions, or sea salt, for sprinkling, optional
