One 8-ounce package mushrooms, sliced

1/2 red onion, chopped
•
2 C beef stock
•
1/4 C flour
•
1/2 stick butter
•
1/4 C red wine
•
2 cloves garlic, minced

FOR THE WELLINGTON:

1 package puffy pastry, thawed (in the freezer section of the grocery store)
