Ingredients For poor man's lobster

2 Tbspsalt

1sheepshead fish, cleaned and cut into fillets

1/2 cbutter, melted

2 Tbsplemon juice

salt and pepper, to taste
How To Make poor man's lobster

1Bring water seasoned with salt to a boil. Drop fillets into boiling water and return to boil. At full boil, allow fish to remain in water 3 to 4 minutes. Mix butter and lemon juice. Remove fish and sprinkle with melted butter mixture.
