INGREDIENTS
2/3 cup Land O Lakes® Half & Half
1/2 vanilla bean, sliced open lengthwise
1/3 cup sugar
2 Land O Lakes® Eggs (yolks only)
1/4 cup sugar
1 1/2 cups white Zinfandel wine or white grape juice
3 whole cloves
1 cinnamon stick
1 tablespoon lemon juice
2 medium ripe pears, cut in half lengthwise, core removed
Fresh raspberries, if desired
