1/4 cup apricot, cherry, or raspberry spreadable fruit 3 plums, halved, pitted, and cut in thin wedges
1 cup fresh blackberries and/or raspberries
1 tablespoon fat-free milk
1 ounce semi-soft goat cheese, crumbled (optional)
2 tablespoons honey
