1 1/2 cups to 1 2/3 cups cups (186g to 207g) King Arthur Pizza Flour Blend or 1 1/2 cups to 1 2/3 cups cups (180g to 200g) King Arthur Unbleached All-Purpose Flour
1/4 cup (28g) King Arthur Baker's Special Dry Milk or nonfat dry milk
1 1/2 teaspoons instant yeast
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon King Arthur Pizza Dough Flavor optional; for enhanced flavor
2 teaspoons King Arthur Pizza Seasoning or herb blend of your choice
2 tablespoons (14g) King Arthur Better Cheddar Cheese Powder or 1/4 cup (28g) grated cheddar or Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons (25g) olive oil
2/3 cup (152g) lukewarm water
1/3 cup (74g) pizza sauce homemade or store-bought
1 cup (113g) mozzarella cheese or pizza cheese blend grated
about 1 cup (57g to 113g) of your favorite pre-cooked thinly sliced pizza toppings
