Pistachio Cupcakes with Strawberry Cream Cheese Frosting

1 box Pistachio Instant Pudding (3.4 oz)

4 Eggs

1 cup Buttermilk

1/4 cup Oil
•
1/2 teaspoon Almond Extract

3/4 cup Sour Cream
