1 cup long grain rice, cooked (I think you could use minute rice in this recipe, too.)

1 (20 ounce) can crushed pineapple, undrained
•
2 eggs
•
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
•
1/4 cup sugar
•
1/2 teaspoon nutmeg
•
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
•
1/2 cup milk (I used 2%)
•
1 cup raisins
•
1 cup walnut pieces or nuts of your choice
•
2 tablespoons butter or margarine
