3/4 to 1 cup well-packed baby spinach leaves

1 cup small chunks of fresh pineapple
•
1 cup small chunks of fresh mango
•
1 banana (use 2 bananas if you want to mask the slight spinach flavor more)
•
1 cup vanilla yogurt or soy yogurt
•
1/2 cup low-fat milk or soy milk (if you want a thinner smoothie, use 3/4 cup)
•
2 Tablespoons honey
