Ingredients: 6 slices thick cut bacon; 1 cup Vidalia or other sweet onion; 1/2 cup green bell pepper; 1/8 cup pickled jalapenos; 2 teaspoons garlic; 1/3 cup light brown sugar; 1/2 cup chili sauce; 1/4 cup barbecue sauce; 1 tablespoon molasses; 1/4 cup apple cider vinegar; 2 teaspoons spicy or yellow mustard; 2 teaspoons Tiger sauce, or other hot sauce; 1/4 teaspoon black pepper; 3 large (1 pound 12 ounce) cans Bush's original baked beans; 1-1/2 cups boiled or smoked ham; 1 (20 ounce) can pineapple tidbits; 1-1/2 teaspoons kosher salt
