wonton wrappers (from the supermarket) – square is fine
500g chicken mince or pork mince
¼ cup diced water chestnuts
¼ cup diced mushrooms
2 x sliced spring onions (white bit onyl, greens reserved for garnish)
dash of soy sauce + extra for dipping
1 teaspoon ginger paste (or minced fresh)
1 teaspoon sesame oil + extra for garnish
