1 cup Japanese soy sauce

1/2 cup pineapple juice

1/4 cup Sake or cooking sherry
•
4 tablespoons rice or balsamic vinegar
•
1 cup brown sugar (tightly packed into measuring cup)

8 clove garlic, crushed
•
1 tablespoon ginger, finely minced or grated
•
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper (I like Korean Pepper Flakes)
•
1/2 teaspoon toasted sesame seeds
•
1 teaspoon Msg or Accent(R) (Optional)
