2 (15-oz.) containers ricotta cheese
1 egg
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg
1/4 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
8 oz. (2 cups) shredded mozzarella cheese
1 (9-oz.) container refrigerated Alfredo sauce
1 oz. (1/4 cup) shredded fresh Parmesan cheese
