½ cup vegan mayonnaise

1 teaspoon hot sauce
2 tablespoons fresh chopped cilantro
¼ cup ground flaxseeds
3 tablespoons water
1 tablespoon red or white miso
1 tablespoon cider vinegar
1 cup unsalted raw walnuts
1 garlic clove (finely chopped)
2 teaspoons ground cumin
1 teaspoon ground coriander
1 teaspoon sea salt
½ teaspoon ground cayenne or chipotle pepper
⅔ cup old-fashioned oats
¼ cup cooked quinoa or brown rice
1 small jalapeno or serrano pepper (chopped)
2 15-ounce cans (3 cups cooked) black beans (drained well)
Avocado oil or other high-heat vegetable oil
6 burger buns (gluten-free if desired) (toasted)
