⅓ cup vegetable oil (canola can also be used)
2 large eggs (room temperature, beaten)
⅓ cup granulated sugar
⅓ cup brown sugar (light or dark, packed)
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
¼ teaspoon salt
½ cup unsalted butter (melted and cooled)
1 and ½ cup all-purpose flour
