1 c all-purpose flour

2 tps baking powder
•
1/4 tsp baking soda
•
1 Tbsp granulated sugar
•
1 tsp salt
•
1 c buttermilk or sour milk
•
1 large egg
•
1/4 c vegetable or canola oil
