INGREDIENTS
400 grams chicken thighs (boneless, skinless, cut into 1 inch pieces, (14 oz))
2 cloves garlic (smashed and minced)
1 teaspoon ginger (minced, or 1/8 teaspoon ground ginger)
1 tablespoon rice wine vinegar
1/2 teaspoon ground turmeric
5-6 saffron threads ((I cringe when I use this))
2 teaspoons coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 onion (sliced)
1 onion (grated)
2 tablespoons cooking oil
1/2 cup water
