Ingredients:
For the Crust:
1/2 cup (1 stick) unsalted butter, at room temperature
1 (3-ounce) package cream cheese, at room temperature
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/4 teaspoon salt
For the Filling:
1/2 cup pecans, plus more for sprinkling on top
3/4 cup bourbon (I use sugar free syrup)
1 large egg
3/4 cup packed dark brown sugar (I use Splenda Brown sugar)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter, melted
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
1/8 teaspoon salt
