Pecan Pie Topping for Cheesecake #17

INGREDIENTS
Please follow the cheesecake #17 recipe
if you want a reg crust, please keep original recipe
if you want a tall crust like mine. I times my x1.5 of crust recipe
15 graham cracker or 2.5c. crushed graham cracker
6T. Melted butter
1 1/2 T brown sugar
1/4c. Flour
Bake 15 mins at 325
As the Cheesecake is cooling outside of the IP
1c. Brown sugar
1/8c. Cornstarch
1/2t. Salt
4 eggs yolk
2/3c. Maple syrup
1/2c. Heavy cream
In sauce pan mix on med heat until the ingredients melt and bubbly
Then throw in
1 1/2T. Butter
1t. Vanilla
And my SECRET INGREDIENT!!!!
2T. B O U R B O N
2c. Chopped pecans
